<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a key lock collar having a larger diameter than an inner diameter of a sensor coil without causing increase in the number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: An outer diameter of the key lock collar 4 is larger than an inner diameter of a coil 13 of a torque sensor mechanism. The key lock collar 4 is previously press-fitted/fixing or pin-fixed to an input shaft 3. A torsion bar 7 is previously press-fitted/fixed to a vehicle front side of the input shaft 3. Whereas, a worm wheel 15 is previously fitted/mounted to an output shaft 6. The input shaft 3 is passed in the coil 13 of a gear housing 8 from a vehicle rear side toward a front side (arrow A direction). On the other hand, the output shaft 6 mounted with the worm wheel 15 is passed in the coil 13 of the gear housing from a vehicle front side toward a rear side. Thereafter, a fixing pin 10 is inserted and press-fitted to a common hole of the output shaft 6 and the torsion bar 7 to fix the output shaft 6 and the torsion bar 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
