CONTENTS TRANSMISSION SELECTION METHOD, APPARATUS, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit contents by taking QoS of application into consideration.

SOLUTION: The order of transmitting contents elements organizing contents from a session queue every communication session which passes a contents transmission selection apparatus is decided on the basis of: a band predetermined with regard to the communication session read out from a band storage means; a specified minimum area out of all the sessions using the contents transmission selection apparatus read out by the minimum request band storage means; and the maximum contents element length out of all the sessions using the contents sending transmission apparatus read out from a maximum contents element storage means.
