<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability and high-performance system capable of synchronizing data needing synchronization with the system, in a distributed type plant monitoring/controlling device. <P>SOLUTION: This monitoring/controlling device of a plant with a plurality of clients communicating with one another via a network arranged therein is so structured that each client serving as an original client being a software server for every function for monitoring/controlling the plant is installed in each function; the original client of a first function transmits data related to the first function to the other clients; the other clients receive the data from the first original client to store them in storage parts provided for the other clients; and the data stored in the respective other clients are synchronized with one another. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
