<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traceability system for flexibly coping with the change of a process while using a conventional identification tag(sign). <P>SOLUTION: In a line for producing products through a plurality of processes, parts are loaded and conveyed on a carrier between respective processes, and a sign written with parts lot No. or the like related with parts to be conveyed is mounted on the carrier, and an IC card 7 for rewriting data is mounted on the sign. In each process, a terminal 10 for reading/writing data stored in an IC card is installed, and the stored data are collected by trace terminal equipment 20. The terminal is provided with a means which acquires parts information stored in the IC card, and stores it in a storage means and a means which stores the parts information in the IC card when it is conveyed with the parts to be conveyed from the process. The trace terminal equipment acquires parts lot No. concerning the conveyed parts stored in the IC card and the parts lot No. concerning the parts generated in the previous process, and stores it in a database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
