PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum forming apparatus with a stamping function capable of suppressing the occurrence of burr around a logogram without complicating an apparatus constitution. SOLUTION: The vacuum forming apparatus is equipped with a protruded mold 16 having a cavity 15 partially formed to its outer surface and the stamping mold 17 provided so as to come into contact with and separate from the cavity 15 and having a stamping part 17B simulating a character/mark or the like formed to its surface 17A opposed to the cavity 15 in a protruded state and constituted so that the stamping mold 17 is allowed to approach the cavity 15 to be pressed to the surface of a sheetlike member 10A while subjecting the sheetlike member 10A, which has a crest pattern preliminarily applied to its surface, to vacuum forming by the mold 16 to stamp the character/mark or the like on the surface of the sheetlike member 10A by the stamping part 17B.
