PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely detect destruction caused by an attack from the outside. SOLUTION: A sealed space in a tamper resistant cabinet 30 is filled with an intra-cabinet filling soft sticky substance 12. A pressure sensor 13 is made to float in the soft sticky substance 12, and inner pressure is detected by the pressure sensor 13. When a cabinet lid 7 is in an opened state or a destroyed state, pressure detected by the pressure sensor 13 changes. Thus, a cabinet lid detection circuit 4 detects it and therefore the opening and closing or the destruction state of the cabinet lid 7 is detected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
