PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of generating a large quantity of negative ion by circulating a large quantity of hot spring water. SOLUTION: The hot spring water flows through accumulation layers 1, 2, 3, 4 (e.g., obsidian and tourmaline ore) with falls to generate negative ion by the characteristics of the obsidian and tourmaline ore and to generate far infrared rays and electric infrared rays from tourmaline. A room is filled with negative ion by air blasting of steam 10 of the hot spring water. Heat is transferred from a boiler, and the heat of comfortable temperature from a floor heat generator 11 heats the tourmaline ore from a floor. The heat is conducted to a special concrete block, and the comfortable temperature of tourmaline ceramic balls, negative ion of ore and far infrared rays are transferred to the lying body through the heat.
