PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health promotion sheet which provides health promotion effects such as activating a cell function to accelerate blood circulation, obtaining a sweating effect to burn body fat. SOLUTION: Two front and rear sheet bodies 1 consists of: a first sheet body 10 where mixed coating layers 12 of a fine powder of tourmaline, a very fine sand of ceramic earth, a fine powder of water absorbing/releasing polymer, an adhesive agent and a dispersing agent are provided substantially flatly in regular or irregular arrangement extending through nearly the whole surface of a sheet base material 11; and a second sheet body 20 where a coating layer 22 consisting of a mixed liquid of a far-infrared radiation ceramic-based antibacterial deodorizer, a slimming component working agent consisting of myrobalan extract and butcher's bloom extract, a vitamin C derivative medicament, jasmine tea flavouring ingredient agent and an adhesive agent is provided extending nearly the whole surface of a sheet base material 21. Between the front and rear bodies, a mixed material layer 30 of tourmaline ore 31 formed in the shape of a small stone or sphere, a ceramic earth spherical body 32 obtained by hardening the fine sand of ceramic earth to be round and a liquid adhesive 33 is provided in the shape of a sheet.
