PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To initially register ID information inside an IC tag for authentication to a computer for management easily in the case of starting the use of a new IC tag for the authentication. SOLUTION: In a monitoring system S for a game machine having the IC tag for the authentication capable of turning a monitoring form to the form of not generating an alarm, an antenna 229 for ID registration capable of reading the ID information from a tag for a clerk card by radio communication in the case that the tag for the member card is arranged within a prescribed distance is connected through a registration controller 221 to a management device 300. By inputting a prescribed "password" to the input means of the registration controller 221, in the case that the ID information of the tag for the member card is read by the antenna 229 for the ID registration, the ID information is transmitted to the management device 300 and stored in the storage means of the management device 300.
