PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a various kinds water weeds-culturing type fish reef which can artificially, systematically and early grow water weeds or sea algae under natural conditions at a place having a bad water quality, such as a slightly water-flowing water bottom of an ocean/river/lake, and having sledges by the precipitation of shore reels, sand/mud flow, and can thereby clean the water and reduce the damages on fishes and shellfishes due to typhoons/floods in short periods. SOLUTION: This various kinds water weeds-culturing type fish bank is characterized by comprising seed bags (1) prepared by using thin bamboo stripes/clay/strings of Japanese paper/cloths/plants to form bags having proper sizes, respectively, and then putting proper amounts of optimal water grass seeds/sea algae/fish or shellfish fries/pollution-free fertilizer/feeds/withered leaves in the bags (1) or a sinkable container (2) in which the bags (1) are placed, and having a structure which is suitable for any soil/flowing water/typhoon conditions of sea/river/pond and can artificially culture the water weeds/sea algae/fishes or shellfishes under natural conditions at low costs.
