The invention relates to a micromedical cell processor which modifies cellular components of the blood, especially cells of the endogenous immune defense system, in such a manner that the cells, once they are introduced into the body, have a therapeutic function against tumor diseases or other diseases. The cell processor can be implanted into the human or animal body and comprises a device for isolating cells, a device for fixating the cells, a device for introducing substances into the cells and a device for determining the concentration of the substances in the cells. The inventive cell processor can also be used extracorporeally to charge cells.
