<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin holder for a high speed performance roller bearing capable of improving low heat generation property, resistance to seizure, and wear resistance and having sufficient rigidity and strength. <P>SOLUTION: This synthetic resin holder 9 for the roller bearing holds a plurality of cylindrical rollers 4 in a pocket 5 formed and surrounded by both side circular ring parts 11 in the axial direction, a plurality of column parts 12 axially connecting between both side circular ring parts 11 at an equal interval in the circumferential direction, and a side face in the circumferential direction of adjacent column parts 12 and an inner side face in the axial direction of the circular ring part 11 so as to roll freely.
