PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aid for intrabuccal X-ray photography allowing a treating person to speedily perform the X-ray photography and to relieve the pain of a patient. SOLUTION: The aid is the aid 1 for intrabuccal X-ray photography comprising an adaptor part 10 to be detachably mounted in an X-ray irradiation part 40 of an X-ray generator 4, a support arm 20 extending from the adaptor part 10 in the direction of X-ray irradiation, and a film holder 30 disposed at the distal end of the support arm 20 to detachably hold an X-ray film for receiving X-rays emitted from the X-ray generator. The aid also has a turning mechanism 3 for making the region to be mounted on the X-ray irradiation part 40 of the adaptor part 10 and the region in which the support arm 20 is set turnable to each other.
