摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use coagulated and settled sludge of an adhesive as a resource to improve water resistance and acid resistance of a building material composed essentially of cement.

SOLUTION: The coagulated and settled sludge of the adhesive is added to and mixed with a raw material for the building material such as a roof tile or a slate composed essentially of cement. Further the pulverized material of a thermosetting resin molding is added and mixed. The sludge is added and mixed by 0.01-50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. building material and the pulverized material of the thermosetting resin laminated board is added and mixed by 0.01-50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. raw material for a roof material. As the pulverized material of the thermosetting resin molding, the pulverized material of the thermosetting resin laminated board having 0.1-1.7 mm particle size is used.
