PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a polyolefin resin composition by which a filler is favorably dispersed in the polyolefin resin composition leading to an improved impact resistance and rigidity. SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition contains 30-99.99 wt.% of a polyolefin resin (component (A)) and 0.01-70 wt.% of a mixture described below (component (B)). Its manufacturing process has a step in which the polyolefin resin (component (A)) and the mixture (component (B)) are melt-kneaded. The mixture (component (B)) is obtained by bringing a powdery material (component (B1)) into contact with a powdery material or a liquid material (component (B2)) and grinding the mixture with a stone mill-type mill.
