PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer for a laminated glass having high heat shielding performance and also free from lowering of visible light transmittance and increasing of a reflective yellow index value even when the film is exposed to solar radiation for a long period and to provide the laminated glass. SOLUTION: In the interlayer for the laminated glass containing a matrix resin, a liquid plasticizer and tin-doped indium oxide particulates whose surface is coated with an amorphous indium oxide and/or antimony-doped tin oxide particulates whose surface is coated with an amorphous tin oxide or tin-doped indium oxide particulates whose surface is subjected to the treatment for making an amorphous state and/or antimony-doped tin oxide particulates whose surface is subjected to the treatment for making an amorphous state, the visible light transmittance variation (ΔTv) calculated by formula (1): the visible light transmittance variation (ΔTv)=(the visible light transmittance after irradiating with the super UV rays)-(the visible light transmittance before irradiating with the super UV rays) is 0% or more and the reflective yellow index value variation (ΔYI) calculated by formula (2): the reflective YI value valuation (ΔYI)=(the reflective yellow index value after irradiating with the super UV rays)-(the reflective yellow index value before irradiating with the super UV rays) is 0% or less when super UV rays are irradiated on the film for 300h.
