PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire feeding device for transferring a wire to one direction along the longitudinal direction while applying tensile stress to the wire with the usage of an electric motor whereby a consumption of electric power of the electric motor can be reduced. SOLUTION: The wire feeding device 1 for transferring the wire WR1 to the one direction along the longitudinal direction is provided with a first pulling means 112 capable of pulling the wire WR1 on the downstream side with the usage of a first electric motor 110 in order to feed the wire WR1 to the one direction, a second pulling means 3 capable of pulling the wire WR1 on the upstream side with the usage of a second electric motor 7 in order to apply the tensile stress to the wire WR1, and an electric power supplying means 15 for supplying the electric power generated by using the second electric motor 7 with the aim of generating the electric power to the first electric motor 110 in order to drive the first electric motor 110.
