PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy article moving device or a heavy article moving truck capable of stably lifting and moving cargo with depth or weight without touching a part other than a bottom surface or a wheel, lightweight, with simple structure. SOLUTION: The heavy article moving device comprises an elevatable support tool 1 which is a cargo support part, a frame body 2 for supporting the support tool 1 to elevate/lower it when desired, and casters 3. The turnable casters 3 are provided on the bottom surface of the frame body 2, and the support tool 1 is placed on an upper surface of the frame body 2 through a hydraulic cylinder 4 to be elevated/lowered. The heavy article moving device is installed below the cargo. While the nearest hydraulic cylinder 4 is raised by vertically moving a handle bar 5 connected with the hydraulic cylinder 4, another hydraulic cylinder 4 is raised through a hydraulic tube.
