PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced plastic lining double-hull tank which securely prevents cohesion and dew condensation of moisture in air sealed in the empty space of the reinforced plastic lining double-hull tank, and which securely prevents a measuring device from causing an erroneous operation during inspection for the presence of the empty space. SOLUTION: In the reinforced plastic lining double-hull tank having the surface of the tank coated with a reinforced plastic layer with a gap, a coating layer is formed by applying a coating mixed with fine particles to the surface of the tank, wherein at least part of the fine particles is projected from the surface of the coating.
