PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for notifying the time of a train's passing through a crossing, calculating the time until the train passes through the crossing, displaying the time on a display terminal installed on the crossing and informing a driver of a vehicle and a pedestrian about to cross the crossing of the time. SOLUTION: A train detection device 1 for detecting the train and a speed measurement device 2 are arranged at a further front side by a train detection device 3 arranged so as to detect the train approaching to the crossing, a display control device 6 displays information for indicating that the crossing begins to sound soon on the display terminal 7 arranged at the crossing by speed of the train measured by the speed measurement device 2 and the speed of the train is measured by the train detection device 3 and a speed measurement device 4 arranged at the same position. By using the measured speed, the display control device 6 calculates the crossing passing time of the train and displays it on the display terminal 7.
