PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential facility capable of being installed on-water/under-water. SOLUTION: In the on-water/under-water residential space, residence of a person is made by making a surf board of a surfing as a material and applying variation of a shape thereto and an air conditioner facility is provided thereon.
