PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid injection valve capable of promoting turning the injected fluid into particulates irrespective of the pressure of the fluid to be injected. SOLUTION: When a needle 50 is lifted, its tip 54 is positioned on the side opposite a valve seat 32 about the center C in the axial direction of a sack part 33. Accordingly the main stream of the fluid passing through a fluid passage 21 is intercepted by the tip 54 of the needle 50 and turns round the tip 54 to flow into a injection hole 42. Thereby the main stream of the fluid does not flow directly into the injection hole 41 and the one 42, and at the inlet to the injection hole 42, exfoliation is easily generated in the flow of the fluid. Thereby the fluid flowing through the injection holes 41 and 42 forms a complicated flow, and even in case the pressure of the fluid is low, turning into particulates of the fluid injected from the injection holes 41 and 42 can be promoted.
