PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for a box foundation, allowing easy construction of both built-in members while connecting them in a dislocation preventive condition only by using simple members. SOLUTION: After one built-in member 2m is built in a soft ground G, a connection hole 56 of the other built-in member 2n is fitted in a vertical rod portion 5b and the vertical rod portion is connected to an upper face mounting member 4 of one built-in member via a horizontal connection member 6. In this condition, the other built-in member 2n is built in the soft ground until it is received by a bottom face receiving portion 5a.
