PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that reliability of an application program is lowered, since the description of a character string by another language for operating a database is buried in the application program for operating the database. SOLUTION: Instead of describing the character string by the another language for operating the database, a fragmented string information combining section 401 combines pieces of fragmented string information for constituting a database operation command. A database operation command generation section 402 generates the database operation command on the basis of the combined fragmented string information. Thus, a database operation language is described as a data structure for the application program, and detects the incorrect database operation language at a stage compiling the application program, or the like.
