Nutrient preparation (I) comprises: (a) glucosamine and/or its enantiomers, diastereomers, derivatives and/or physiologically compatible salts (600 mg - 2 g); (b) chondroitin and/or its enantiomers, diastereomers, derivatives and/or physiologically compatible salts (400 mg - 1.5 g); (c) collagen hydrolysate (5-15 g); and optionally (d) vitamin C (100-500 mg), related to daily dose of (I). Nutrient preparation (I) (preferably suitable for the nutritive supplement with increase joint stress and joint disease) comprises: (a) glucosamine and/or its enantiomers, diastereomers, derivatives and/or physiologically compatible salts (600 mg - 2 g); (b) chondroitin and/or its enantiomers, diastereomers, derivatives and/or physiologically compatible salts (400 mg - 1.5 g); (c) collagen hydrolysate (5-15 g); and optionally (d) vitamin C (100-500 mg), related to daily dose of (I).
