The system has driving devices (12, 13) connected to a lever (9) which works with cams (10, 11) that are connected to a control mobile (5) which rotates per month. The cams are provided with a tooth (20) and a recess (21) which assures the maintenance of the device (12) in a disengaged position till the tooth and the recess activate the lever to engage and to disengage the devices (12, 13) respectively.
