The present invention includes GPS satellite, the interior of the container, a locking device (60), a terminal (30), a lattice-type low orbit antenna (41 ). Accordingly, from the point of view of a container, the loss of the container can be prevented and the container can be efficiently managed in real time, and from the point of view of freight loaded in the container, the location of the freight can be detected in real time, thus satisfying a customer's need.
