<p>An electronic fitness test which can also be used as a fitness training device. The test contains preset tests for several disciplines and at several levels. Preferably, the test can also be programmed with further user-defined tests. The test preferably consists of exercise sets and repetitions of these sets. As the repetitions increase, the test becomes more difficult and this enables a student to test and train his fitness against a defined level. Preferably, the test comprises visual displays 1,2,3 to report progress of the exercise program and running time. Preferably the test also includes visual and audio cues for exercise checkpoints 4,5,6.</p> |
