<p>The motor has a cam, and a set of cylinders (I1-I3) for receiving pistons. A cam lobe (L2) is unused and with which the piston does not co-operate. Angular spacing between the cylinders is different and differs from a multiple of the smallest angular spacing between the cylinders, where the angular spacing is determined so that the resultant of forces exerted by the pistons on the cam is small or zero. An independent claim is also included for a method of designing a hydraulic motor.</p> |
