The inflow duct (12) of the ventilator (1) is fitted with an air-impermeable cover element (2) and is mounted inside a conical air supply housing (3). Heat exchanging surfaces (6) are provided between the cover element and housing and connected with devices for producing the hot or cold carrier means. Air inlet openings (4) are provided on the cover element away from the connection of the heat exchangers and the conical housing has in the plane of the smallest diameter a co-rotating inner condensation channel (7). An outer condensation channel (8) is between the housing conical air guide housing and the surrounding casing (13) whilst a fine filter (9) is mounted inside the surrounding outer condensation guide channel in the conical housing after the ventilator on the pressure side in the flow direction.
