POWDER CLEARCOAT DISPERSIONS (POWDER SLURRY CLEARCOATS), METHOD FOR PRODUCING THEM AND THE USE THEREOF

A powder slurry clear coat lacquer is produced by dispersing a powder clear lacquer in an aqueous medium and then wet milling the resultant slurry. The slurry is treated with adduct(s) (I) of ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide of glycol(s) before wet milling. Independent claims are also included for: (a) solid color and/or special effect multicoat lacquer systems, including the specified powder slurry clear coat(s); (b) the use of (I) for preventing surface defects in powder slurry clear coats.
