<p>The chassis has an elongated chassis body extending horizontally. Two stop arms are mounted, each at a rear end of the body in a transversal manner with respect to the body and extending outwards. A shock absorber unit (26) dampens the efforts during an impact of the stop arms with a unit outside the chassis e.g. loading platform. The absorber unit is mounted between the body and the stop arms. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle of heavy goods vehicle type.</p> |
