The cage has a structural assembly formed by a series of superimposed plates, and an outer covering mesh (2) arranged on the assembly. Each plate has a circular base with perforations and surrounded by a perpendicular edge defining lips, where the plates are made of rigid plastic e.g. polypropylene. A tether holds the mesh on the lips, and the mesh has lateral openings for withdrawing/introducing animals or for feeding the animals, where the mesh is flexible and made of plastic. |
