<p>Concrete mixtures with addition of fly ash according to the invention improve properties of fresh and hardened concrete and at the same time lower production costs and reduce pollution of the environment, water and air. Fly ash is added to main components of concrete mixtures such as stone aggregate as a filler, cement as a binder and water and various chemical additives in quantities of 0,5 % up to 20 % of weight of hardened normal density concrete. Quality and properties of concrete depend on percent ratio of main components, chemical additives and fly ash. By adding fly ash, the proportion of cement is reduced and by reducing production needs, pollution of the environment, water and air is lowered too.</p> |
