The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the clinical and experimental cardiology, and may be applied for evaluating the endothelial affections of the coronary vessels and the regeneration capacity thereof. Summary of the invention consists in determining the number of the precursor medullary endothelial cells in the blood, as well as in determining in vitro the percental value of the cells adhered to the cellular substrate and the number of live cells in the culture on the 7-th day and, where the corresponding obtained values are smaller than 65 cells/mL, 84% and 350 cells/mm2, it is determined an affection of one or two coronary arteries and a low capacity of regeneration of the endothelial affections.
