<p>The essence of the invention is an inclusion complex of coenzyme Q10 with beta-cyclodextrine which can be surprisingly prepared by dissolving beta-cyclodextrine in water at a temperature higher than the room temperature, preferentially between 55 degrees Celsius and the boiling point temperature, adding coenzyme Q10 in the solid state or dissolved in a suitable solvent, preferentially in the solid form, and mixing further at an elevated temperature first, and then at the room temperature or temperature below the room temperature. After formation of this complex, solubility of coenzyme Q10 in water is essentially increased and thus also improved its dissolution properties, bioavailability and effectiveness in preventive and therapy. Thus the invention is solving in a simple and original manner the problem of poor water solubility of coenzyme Q10, which is making difficulties in preparation of effective preparations with this coenzyme on a non-lipophilic basis, as well as in addition to various products, especially the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic ones. The invention therefore refers to the said inclusion complex, the procedure of its preparation and its application as additive to pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food products.</p> |
