The invention refers to medicine, in particular to dermatology and may be used for treatment of the septic, trophic cutaneous affections and burns. Summary of the method consists in that there are made multiple injections in the region of affections with ozonized 0,9% NaCl solution with the ozone concentration of 2000...4000 g/L in a quantity of 2...4 ml, in 2...4 sittings with an interval of 2...3 days, concomitantly there are carried out applications, 1...2 times a day, with ozonized unrefined grapestone oil with the ozone concentration of 8000...70000 g/L, and the treatment cure constitutes 10...14 days.
