<p>The invention relates to a modular honing tool, in stages, meant for processing coaxially arranged fine borings of various diameters. According to the invention, the honing tool performs the piece processing in stages, by expanding the supports of some diamond milled lamellae, actuated by a central axle (3), on which there are located some adjusting cones (14), by means of some back pins (6), each processing stage comprising six abrasive lamellae, mounted on some supports (12), and on two of the modules, there are mounted six guiding lamellae (11), made of metallic carbide, the supports (12) of the abrasive lamellae being in contact with some inclined surfaces, processed on the cones (14), the permanent contact between the supports (12) and the cones (14) being carried out by means of a some springs (13), and the individual micrometric adjustment of the processing stages is carried out by means of a screw-nut mechanism, consisting of a graded bushing (9), the central axle (3) and the adjusting cones (14).</p> |
