FIRE-RESISTING LAMINATED GLASS PANEL SYSTEM

The plate glass panel which is fire resistant comprises glass or glass-ceramic resistant to high temperatures, with rough, light diffusing surfaces. It is joined on both faces to silicate glass by intermediate transparent layers having a refractive index corresponding to that of the glass or glass-ceramic. The intermediate layers are made of a thermoplastic polymer which has a high effect on light flashes. The silicate glass is soaked by thermal means.
