A heater with two parallel water conduits which, near their ends, are connected, via an inflow and outflow, with the collecting pipe. It is characterised in that the heat-emitting part of the heater (1, 21) is composed of at least two elements (2, 3, 4). Each of the elements has water conduits (2a, 3a, 4a) parallel to one another, attached tangentially to collecting pipes (11, 23) via an inflow and an outflow (10, 22). Both elements (2, 4) forming free lengthwise edges of the heater (1, 21) have heat-emitting lamellas (2b, 4b) which adhere tangentially to water conduits (2a, 4a). And, preferably, there is at least one third element (3) which has two asymmetrically located lamellas (3b) adhering tangentially to the water conduit, and each of the two heat-emitting lamellas (2b, 3b; 4b, 3b) of the two elements (2, 3; 4, 3) is located one above the other and forms, created together with lamellas (2b, 3b, 4b), mutually parallel heating surfaces (8, 9).
