<p>The invention relates to a toothbrush employed in the field of oral hygiene. According to the invention, the toothbrush (10) is provided with a head (14) having a free front and rear end, with a portion continued with a handle (12) comprising tufts of bristles (32, 34, 36 and 38) placed on the rear portion of the head (14) in longitudinal rows (42 and 44) having either a first longer length or a second shorter length and tufts of bristles (32, 34, 36 and 38) adjacent to one of the longitudinal rows (42 and 44), alternatively having a first longer length and a second shorter length. The bristle tufts (32 and 34) in the longitudinal row (42) are inclined to a first direction (D) towards the free end of the head (14), while the tuft bristles (36 and 38) in the longitudinal row (44) are inclined to a second direction, opposite to the first direction (D) and form an acute angle with the surface (30) of the head (14), on the free end in front of the head (14) having secured a tuft of additional bristles (28) having the size of the first longer length and inclined to the first direction (D).</p> |
