The device has a tab (6a) and a notch (6b) carried by a vertical plate (7) placed on outer side of a wall (4) of a heating apparatus e.g. heater. The tab and the notch are fixed inside orifices placed in the wall. Elastic deformation of the tab is obtained when forces (F) applied to an accessory (1) is higher than predetermined threshold value. A sleeve (9) is fixed on a side of the plate through a maintaining unit (10) e.g. tube. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) utilization of a hooking device for hooking a bar or ring type towel-stand accessory on a heating apparatus (B) a bar or ring type towel-stand accessory including a hooking device.
