The module has an upstream optical deflection block (1) with N optical paths (Ve) and a downstream optical deflection block (2) with N optical paths (Vs), where the blocks (1, 2) are in cascade. An optical conjugation block (3) is provided between the successive blocks (1, 2). The block (3) has an optical conjugation module (3.1) with optical conjugation units (3a, 3b) e.g. lens or mirror, cooperating with the respective paths (Ve, Vs). An independent claim is also included for an optical routing device having optical deflection modules.
