The method involves storing a task and creating a chronogram of actions effectuated for execution of the task to create a record comprising the actions, at each execution of the task. A set of records are associated to the task. A sequence of chronological actions that is common to a set of chronograms and that forms an operating mode of the task is determined on the set of records. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method to transmit operating modes of tasks between two operating personnel of the tasks (B) an information medium readable by a computer and comprising a computer program having program instructions to execute a method for determining sequence of actions forming an operating mode to execute a task.
