The device has a smoke chamber to introduce wastes in a combustion chamber. Recovery pipes (2) have gas burners to burn the gas in the combustion chamber during its passage. The fumes from the combustion chamber are recovered by the pipes (2) and given to the combustion chamber by return pipes (3) to burn it to produce heat for heating water. The vapor rotates wheels of the combustion chamber to operate generators to produce current.
