The cupola has a ventilation duct (16A) connecting interior with an outer side of a recreational vehicle, and locking units provided in the duct. The duct has inlet openings (17) that are attached at a side edge of a base part (13) of a movable part (10). The movable part is in the form of a cupola cover (11), which is fixed to a fixed part in a moving manner, so that the duct extends into the cover when the duct is closed.
