The device has two mobile flanges (11, 17) on sides of a piston (8), permitting to compress a gas (27) during displacement of the piston. The gas is decompressed through one of the two flanges in order to return a hydraulic flow in reverse direction to a reservoir, and press a tube through which the flow is supplied to permit displacement of the piston. The flanges are made of steel from a mold or by machining.
