The brush has a flexible support (3) presenting a variable curvature. A manual grasping unit (5) comprises an auxiliary unit exerting a force on one part of the support and fixing another part of the support in order to modify manually the curvature and vary the density of bristles (2) of an application surface (22). The auxiliary unit includes a displacement unit axially displaced relative to a central part of the support. An independent claim is also included for a process for fabricating a brush.
