<p>The invention relates to a process and device for reinforcing the power-line towers, with voltages ranging from 35 to 750 kV, where the necessary works are integrally carried out with energized open lines. According to the invention, the process consists in three stages, namely: the first stage of fixing the bearing of the supporting device, above the place to be reinforced, fastening and arranging the device on the ground and adjusting it to the necessary length, depending on the soil dislevelments, the second stage of the reinforcing itself, by sectioning and removing the corroded/damaged elements and replacing the same with the new elements, and in the third stage, after reinforcing the new elements, the supporting device is removed. According to the invention, the device consists of a bearing (6) fastened by gussets (2 and 4), pinch bolts (5), legs (12) provided with extensible lengthening pieces (13) which, depending on the ground dislevelments around the vertical beam (1), are adjusted to the necessary lengthes and which allow the device to be fastened on the ground, by taking over the whole stress the vertical beam (1) is loaded with and providing the stability of the LEA tower equipped with insulators and conductors.Upon properly reinforcing, there are removed the corroded or damaged elements of the vertical beam assembly (1), foundation leg (11), by sectioning, with oxy-argon welding, the segment (7), the gussets (8), the diagonal members (9), the junction plate (10) and a segment of the concrete in-built foundation leg (11), which are replaced, by electric welding, with steel sections, which have thicknesses according to QA.</p> |
