A flow water heater composed of the heating unit with heating coils, and of the controlling unit fitted with floats with magnet cooperating with reed relays. It is characterised in that in the heating unit (1), there is an inlet duct (3), heating ducts (5) and outlet duct (9), and in the controlling unit (2), there is an inlet controlling duct (4) with water inlet (26) located over the float (12'), also a neutral duct (6), an outlet controlling duct (7) and an intermediate outlet duct (8). The ducts (3, 4, 5 and 6) are connected and form a system with small narrowing ducts (10, 10' and 10''); ducts (6, 7, 8, 9) are connected via small ducts (11, 11' and 11''). In the upper part of controlling ducts (4 and 7) fitted with floats (12' and 12''), there are formed three limiting projections (13) evenly distributed on the circumference.
